प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी के संसदीय क्षेत्र में किस कदर नर्सिंग होम वाले मनमानी कर रहे हैं, इसका ताजा उदाहरण मैक्वेल अस्पताल में देखने को मिला है। चार कंपाउडरों ने मिलकर 17 वर्षीय ओंकार के पैर को काट दिया। इससे बड़ा मेडिकल निग्लीजेंस और क्या हो सकता है। ओंकार नाथ तिवारी नामक मरीज की आपबीती बहुत ही कष्टदायी है। ओंकार कहता है कि उसका ईलाज किसी सर्जन ने नहीं बल्कि कंपाउंडरों ने किया।
अपनी गलती मानने से इंकार करते हुए अस्पताल प्रशासन मरीज के परिजनों को मेडिकल हिस्ट्री भी नहीं दे रहा है। इस तरह के निग्लीजेंसी का पुरजोर विरोध करते हुए स्वस्थ भारत अभियान सरकार से मांग करती है कि इस मामले में मरीज को न्याय मिले। दोषियों को सजा मिले।
मरीज के परिजनों ने स्वस्थ भारत अभियान को एक ईमेल प्रेषित किया है-उसे नीचे दे रहे हैं।
Here is the brief story :
A Boy met a minor accident in Buxar on 21-Apr-2015. He was taken to Sadar Hospital , Buxar and they did the first Aid and referred him to BHU/PMCH . His elder brother , aged 20 was with him and decided to took him to BHU. In the middle the Ambulance driver told him about another hospital and without informing them he took the Ambulance at MAXWELL Hospital , Varanasi ( Near Toll Plaza ) at around 1AM in Night
They admitted him in emergency ward. As he was bleeding, the person in-charge tied his leg very tightly at the upper thigh. His brother requested hospital to start treatment urgently but they didn’t treat him from 1 AM till 10 AM. They simply tied the leg and waited for the doctor. But due to tie, his leg started blackening and dead. The boy cried whole night due to pain but they simply ignored it. His brother asked him to refer to BHU but they didn’t listen him.
Doctor Visited patient at 2 PM and he advised to cut the leg from knee because it is infected and black. His brother requested doctor to take suggestion from other doctor as well, but he didn’t listen to him. Doctor decided alone and went ahead and cut his leg. Even after cutting the leg, his createnine is above 6 and urea is also uncontrolled . His body is swelling . And he is struggling for his life.
This is a clear case of negligence , in-capabilities and Homicide .
Boy is from very poor family and his father is mentally retarded person. Few of his releatives are donating for his treatment.
Sir , we are requeting every body to come forward and save his life and punish the MAXWELL HOSPITAL.
